U Bílé Krávy is a family-owned French restaurant with a rich tradition of sixteen years specializing in Charolais beef. You can taste steaks from different parts of the bull as well as Braised beef rump cooked for 24 hours (bourgignon). Also you can enjoy the tasty meat preparation "sous vide", which is a method of cooking in an vacuum in a water bath up to 60 degrees Celsius.

In the front of the restaurant enjoy the collection of spirits from the restaurants own distillery, Radlík. Posted on the wall is a sign whichs tells you about the meet which is being served including the breed and age of the animal. For the past two years U Bílé Krávy has been breeding their own lambs, so you are offered high-quality lamb meat throughout the year.
