Amade Restaurant is located in magnificent rooms of the Pachta's Palace in the heart of Prague. The restaurant was named after Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart who stayed in this house during his visits of Prague. Mozart's friends informally called him "Amade".

U Bílé Krávy is a family-owned French restaurant with a rich tradition of sixteen years specializing in Charolais beef. You can taste steaks from different parts of the bull as well as Braised beef rump cooked for 24 hours (bourgignon). Also you can enjoy the tasty meat preparation "sous vide", which is a method of cooking in an vacuum in a water bath up to 60 degrees Celsius.
