He perfected his culinary craft also thanks to foreign internship at a London restaurant Maze, where he had the opportunity to collaborate with Gordon Ramsay.

Aromi changes menu at regular intervals, depending on the season, as the keynote is to bring fresh ingredients, which are currently in their seasonality.
